Hearts on Fire: “Marian Consecration and the Call to Holiness” Nov. 2, 2019
St. Mary’s invites every parishioner to consecrate (or re-consecrate) themselves to Jesus through Mary, our Mother to whom Jesus entrusted us from the cross. Come learn more about this at our next Hearts on Fire, this Saturday evening, Nov. 2! All ages are welcome!
___
On this Feast of All Souls, Keri Tarrant will be back to introduce us to Marian Consecration and its importance as we strive to grow in holiness. This event will be a preparation for the 33 Days to Morning Glory consecration to Jesus through Mary that St. Mary’s is inviting all parishioners to participate in for our Year of the Holy Spirit and Mary.
“Just as in natural and bodily generation there is a father and a mother, so in the supernatural and spiritual generation there is a father who is God and a mother who is Mary. All true children of God have God for their father and Mary for their mother.” – St. Louis de Montfort
Hearts on Fire will start at 6:30pm with worship, followed by Keri’s talk and prayer ministry until 8pm. A light dinner will be provided beforehand, following the 4:30pm Mass.
